Job Description
The Consultancy Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Group Functions and drive financial excellence across the organization. This role involves working closely with functional leaders and their teams to contribute to strategic decision-making and financial performance.

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. They will manage financial data interpretation and reporting, delivering clear, standardized, and ad hoc reports as needed. Additionally, they will continuously improve financial processes to optimize P&L performance, control costs, and manage risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.* Financial Data Management: Manage financial data interpretation and reporting, delivering clear, standardized, and ad hoc reports as needed.* Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes to optimize P&L performance, control costs, and manage risks and opportunities.* Business Cases: Develop robust business cases for investment decisions, ensuring accurate forecasting and relevant commercial insights.* Leadership Participation: Actively participate in leadership and strategy discussions, contributing to the direction and growth of the function.

About You
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, enabling clear presentation of financial information to senior leaders. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. The successful candidate will establish trust with stakeholders and become a credible partner to coach and influence business leaders. They will have highly detail-oriented experience in commercial finance roles, ideally within a matrixed organization. Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel proficiency) and a qualified accountant designation are preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and commercial outcomes through financial insights is essential.
