About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering business value through financial insights and analysis. As a trusted advisor to the Group leadership team, you will provide expert guidance and support to inform key business decisions and drive strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to manage complex priorities, provide forward-looking financial models, and offer commercial and financial guidance to support delivery of business strategy.
  • Create and provide insightful management information and meaningful analysis for Products and Services across Group jurisdictions, specifically analyzing revenue and margin by product and client and driving actions based on data.
  • Use financial knowledge and business acumen to interpret data, draw conclusions, provide insights, and make proactive recommendations that deliver results, define improvements, and influence key decision makers in the senior leadership team.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial services, particularly fund services businesses, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports and presentations to senior business leaders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience leading a business partnering or FP&A function.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders, helping non-finance stakeholders understand performance and consequences.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, able to articulate the impact of insight and forecasting.
  • Sound technical accounting, financial modeling, and reporting experience.

As a bonus, having background in financial services, particularly fund services businesses, will be advantageous.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £80,000 - £120,000 depending on location and experience.
