The Role

We are recruiting for a Business Expansion Executive to drive new business development within the HORECA sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers in medium to large-scale businesses and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to leverage opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring commission earnings.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the HORECA or related industries.
* Exceptional new business development skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
* Self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
* Car allowance.
* Company pension scheme (up to 5% employer match).

* Monthly commission paid in arrears based on sales performance:
* 4% commission on turnover.
