Purchase Ledger Assistant Position Available
About the JobAn experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant is required to join our team on a temporary basis due to sickness.
The successful candidate will be based near Arundel and can commence work immediately.
Responsibilities- Validate and process supplier invoices for prompt payment.
- Verify Purchase Orders to ensure compliance.
- Match supplier statements to purchase ledger records.
- Resolve invoice and payment issues in a timely manner.
- Set up new supplier accounts efficiently.
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Work Environment- Free parking on-site.
