Purchase Ledger Assistant Position Available

About the Job

An experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant is required to join our team on a temporary basis due to sickness.

The successful candidate will be based near Arundel and can commence work immediately.

Responsibilities
  1. Validate and process supplier invoices for prompt payment.
  2. Verify Purchase Orders to ensure compliance.
  3. Match supplier statements to purchase ledger records.
  4. Resolve invoice and payment issues in a timely manner.
  5. Set up new supplier accounts efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software.
Remuneration:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
