This role involves managing the purchase ledger, resolving accounting discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage the purchase ledger, resolving any discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Track accounts-related issues and handle staff expenses efficiently.
- Provide telephone reception cover and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
- AAT qualification or degree in Accounting/Business is required.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
