Purchase Ledger Support Role

We require a skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide support to our Finance Department in Skelmersdale.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial contract period.

About the Position:
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Process invoices, reconcile supplier queries, and arrange payments on Sage
    • Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and process BACS and Cheques
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • AAT qualification or equivalent experience
    • Previous transactional experience, preferably in a finance setting
    • Sage proficiency (advantageous)
