Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Cutler and Gross is seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will also be proficient in using various accounting software and have a strong attention to detail.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, including invoice postings, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk in an international company
