">Job Requirements
">As a Purchasing Ledger Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, including posting/coding invoices, reconciling supplier statements, resolving queries, processing supplier payments, issuing remittances, and producing payment schedules. You will also be involved in new contract billing, installing schedules, and issuing sales invoices. You will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
">Responsibilities

  1. Manage the purchase ledger, including posting/coding invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving queries.
  2. Process supplier payments, issue remittances, and produce payment schedules.
  3. Assist with new contract billing, installing schedules, and issuing sales invoices.
  4. Perform cash handling tasks, maintain the cashbook, process and bank cheques, generate and publish expense reports.
  5. Conduct credit card and bank reconciliations.
  6. Support credit control operations.
