Purchase Ledger Manager:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Manager to join our finance team at Vivid Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing financial forecasts, comparing actual costs with target prices, and monitoring budgets to ensure expenditure is controlled in line with budget requirements.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the annual budget, ensuring VAT returns are completed, and accurately completing monthly bank reconciliations while overseeing a team of purchase ledgers and assistant accountants.

Requirements:

  • Direct social housing experience
  • Proven track record of dealing with accounts payable, forecasts, budgets, VAT returns, and reconciliations
  • Some management experience of small teams
  • Must be immediately available

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
