Main Objectives of the Role

As a key member of the Tighean Innse Gall Ltd team, you will provide essential support to the Finance Officer in delivering the finance function. This will involve providing clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Finance Officer in processing financial information in accordance with stated procedures and processes.
  • To liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • To maintain confidentiality in line with requirements of GDPR.
  • To provide finance clerical support across all of Tighean Innse Gall Ltd's business areas.
  • To provide human resources clerical support ensuring all HR paperwork is complete and up to date.
  • To minute management team meetings, management committee and sub-committee meetings as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
