Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Tighean Innse Gall Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all business areas, including financial operations, HR functions, and clerical services.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing clerical and administrative support to the Finance Officer, complying with the Construction Industry Scheme as required, and assisting with HMRC reporting requirements. Additionally, the role involves process financial information according to stated procedures, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality in line with GDPR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance Officer
  • Comply with the Construction Industry Scheme as required
  • Assist with HMRC reporting requirements
  • Process financial information according to stated procedures
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR requirements
  • Ensure financial information is completed on time
  • Provide clerical support across all business areas
  • Support HR functions, ensuring all paperwork is complete and up to date
  • Minute management team and committee meetings as required
