Clerical Services Coordinator: Job Summary:

Tighean Innse Gall Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of financial tasks and processes.

The role involves process financial information according to stated procedures, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality in line with GDPR requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with HMRC reporting requirements and minute management team and committee meetings as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance Officer
  • Process financial information according to stated procedures
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR requirements
  • Assist with HMRC reporting requirements
  • Minute management team and committee meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Salary: Approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
