Development Projects Coordinator

Main Objectives: Deliver high-quality development projects on behalf of Tighean Innse Gall Ltd, under the supervision of the Construction Development Manager.
Key responsibilities include gathering and presenting information, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. Additionally, project management skills are required to oversee projects from feasibility study to completion.
Key tasks include producing plans, project reports, and administering procurement exercises. The role also involves surveying properties, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing funding applications.
Collaboration with the Construction Development Manager is essential to deliver a Clerk of Works service to clients and ensure Health & Safety procedures are implemented for all project works.
