Salary£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of housing development projects from feasibility study stage to completion. Your duties will include:
- Conducting site investigations and gathering information from various sources;
- Project managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget;
- Producing detailed plans and reports, including project progress updates and financial assessments;
- Delivering a Clerk of Works service to our clients, ensuring that construction work is carried out to the highest standards;
- Assisting with project development, including business planning and funding applications.
You will also be required to visit building sites to monitor progress, ensure health and safety measures are in place, and attend regular project meetings.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or project management;
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the housing development sector;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
