Academy HR Director

As a key member of the HR team, the Academy HR Director - Strategic Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting a culture that recruits, retains, and develops staff of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a full and effective HR service across the School, providing trusted HR advice to senior managers.
- Work closely with the Bursar and Principal to help shape and promote a culture that meets the educational objectives of the institution.
- Develop positive working relationships with staff at all levels, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
- Experience of safeguarding and safer recruitment processes will be an advantage, although training in this aspect can be given.
