Role Overview:

To support the Customer Engagement Team to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers. The role will involve managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system, selling of additional products and customer service.

We are looking for ambitious, tenacious sales professionals who thrive in past paced, high performing sales environments. You will need to be energetic, motivated with a passion for creating outstanding relationships with customers.

Your customers will be social care providers across the country including managers of care services, training managers or HR Representatives who recruit colleagues for their care services.

What Were Looking For:

  • Engagement Skills:Attending regional and national events to build brand awareness.Deliver demonstrations via Teams to prospective, new, and existing customers to bring to life what Grey Matter Learning provides.
  • Support:Undertaking research and profiling to source new opportunities and grow existing customers.
  • Qualifications:Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets, email.
  • Experience:Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales, Account management or business development roles.Experience managing sales processes from start to finish from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, carry out demos to successfully onboarding of new clients.Ability to manage solution led sales processes, tailoring solutions to reflect challenges care services may have recruiting or training staff.
  • Knowledge:Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
  • Problem-Solving:Understand existing customers challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
  • Communication:Build relationships with existing customers through outbound prospecting using a combination of phone, email, LinkedIn and Teams.Working alongside colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team to build a strong pipeline of opportunities for all products available through the company.Deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers via email, phone and virtually.
  • Promotion of Values: Live the Flourish brand values and the Progress Group values
  • Time Management:Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
