**What you’ll do**

We’re recruiting for a role within the Vodafone UK Reward Centre of Excellence, who have just won Team of the Quarter within HR

The Reward Lead will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing compensation programmes to have a demonstrable impact on our employee & HR experience and support Vodafone’s business performance and strategy.- Providing guidance to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all matters relating to reward and incentives
- Upskilling HR colleagues and managers on reward and incentives
- Leading the approach to pay positioning and how to attract and retain critical talent
- Managing the successful delivery of specific Reward projects based on the Reward plan, whilst supporting business as usual reward processes
- Analysing market data to maintain a competitive market position
- Identifying opportunities and recommending changes to the Reward Operating Model, to ensure effective principles and ways of working
- Grading senior roles using WTW (Willis Tower Watson) methodology
- This role will not encompass managing direct reports

**Who you are**
- We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of working within Reward
- Job evaluation experience (preferably Willis Towers Watson global Grading)
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively impact and influence senior level stakeholders and directors, including the confidence to positively challenge
- Possesses effective communication skills to articulate complex information to a varied audience, including writing board papers
- Demonstrates a strategic approach with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge having worked within a regulated Financial Conduct Authority environment and with commissions is preferred, but not essential
- CIPD (or equivalent qualification) in reward management is advantageous
