Director of Human Resources Management

Michael Page (UK) is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the HR team in daily operations. The successful candidate will have a passion for both general HR, leadership, and recruitment, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, and handling employee relations and resolving conflicts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HR software.
A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum, generous pension contribution of up to 9%, group income protection, and 25 days of holiday leave are on offer. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable not-for-profit organisation based close to Newbury.
