You will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, leading the HR team, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Managing the recruitment process, including advertising job openings and interviewing candidates
  2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, aligned with company goals and objectives
  3. Coordinating employee relations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open communication channels
  4. Overseeing performance and talent management, including employee training and development programs
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management
