Job Description

The HR Director will lead the HR team in daily operations, plan and implement strategic HR initiatives, develop and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, handle employee relations and resolve conflicts, conduct performance and talent management, and oversee training and development programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR team in daily operations

  • Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts

Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as a HR Manager
  • Recruitment experience
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum
