Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Head of Human Resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a full and effective HR service across the School, providing trusted HR advice to senior managers and developing positive working relationships.

The ideal candidate will have significant generalist HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and deliver a full and effective HR service across the School.
  • To provide trusted HR advice to senior managers and develop positive working relationships.
  • To work closely with the Bursar and Principal to help shape and promote a culture which recruits, retains and develops staff of the highest quality.
  • To develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • To manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Requirements

  • Significant generalist HR experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience of safeguarding and safer recruitment processes.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

This role will commence from as soon as possible, subject to the completion of pre-employment checks and notice period for the successful candidate.
