Disability Services Assistant

iBC Healthcare is a dynamic and innovative Health & Social Care provider, committed to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be based in B27 and must have a valid UK driving license.
- Support individuals with disabilities, including those with autism & mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Support individuals to access community facilities and participate in community groups.
- Experience within the care industry or equivalent.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions, complex care needs, and challenging behaviors.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour.
