About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Autism and Learning Disability Assistant to join our team at Recruitment Education Global Services in Erdington, Birmingham. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support due to their special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver lessons, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs of each student.
* Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
* Assist students during transitions, such as moving between classes or activities.
* Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.

Estimated Salary
This position offers an estimated salary of £30,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our team provides a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing professionals like you to grow and develop your skills.
