About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Birmingham, providing specialist support for individuals living with autism and learning disabilities.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining high standards of care, and striving for an "outstanding" rating from the CQC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of staff to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in a therapeutic, registered residential setting
- Ensuring individual support plans meet the needs of those living with autism and learning disabilities
- Maintaining high standards of care, as evidenced by a Good or above CQC rating
- Working closely with commissioners to deliver responsive support services
