The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry, with HCPC Registration and 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience. You will also require Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance and eligibility to work in the UK. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will communicate effectively with disabled children, support parents and carers, conduct assessments, and carry out complex safeguarding risk assessments. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, delivering Short Breaks work and contributing to the overall success of the team.

You will also receive guaranteed weekly payment. To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
