We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deluxe Hotel Reception Services Specialist to join our team at the prestigious Maybourne Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience.
About the RoleAs a Deluxe Hotel Reception Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for handling all check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, handle room assignments, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments, check-in and check-out times, and any special requests or concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively under pressure. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using hotel management software and have a strong attention to detail.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to discounted rates at our partner hotels.
