About Us

Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, a deluxe 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city, is seeking an experienced Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the operations of the reception department and ensure optimal service quality standards are met. As a Front Desk Supervisor Lead, you will be responsible for supervising cash handling, monitoring room assignments, and maintaining a well-organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage the operations of the reception department in conjunction with the Reception Manager.
  • Guest Service: Ensure optimal service quality standards are met and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, motivate staff, and oversee their continuous development.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties: Supervise cash handling, monitor room assignments, and ensure the reception area is well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
