Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Corporate Facilities Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in facilities administration, CAFM systems, and ESG reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and expense management.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property management tasks
* Manage relationships with external providers, including catering, cleaning, and security companies
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and DSE compliance
* Assist with finance tasks, including purchase orders, SAP processes, and budget management
* Support sustainability initiatives, including greenhouse gas reporting (Scope 1, 2, and 3)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
