Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Corporate Administrator to join Pivotal Recruitment Ltd as a Global Office Manager Executive. This is a challenging role that requires over 5 years of diverse experience in handling broad responsibilities with a proven track record of commitment and initiative that delivers results.

This position is the communication hub for the organization, acting as the key point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations across multiple locations, ensuring services run efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT companies to ensure all office equipment functions correctly and employee issues are resolved promptly.
- Play a key role in onboarding new employees, offering administrative guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Work directly with vendors to manage office supplies and coordinate promotional events.
- Handle complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for global executives.
- Manage social media platforms for Europe, driving brand visibility and engagement through targeted campaigns.
