Administrative Support Specialist Job Description

Austin Fraser is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be able to provide comprehensive support to the HR department.

The key responsibilities of this role include conducting vetting and compliance checks, providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment, responding to HR-related inquiries, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or similar role holder looking for a temporary challenge. You will work closely with the HR department to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
