Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine inspections and breakdown repairs on CCTV, video doorbell, and intruder alarm systems.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting system functionality and making necessary adjustments
- Replacing batteries and testing panel and backup batteries
- Checking warning sounders and cleaning CCTV and Wi-Fi cameras
You will work closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must have a UK manual driver's license, practical skills with hand and power tools, and excellent communication skills.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you should have:
- A UK manual driver's license
- Practical skills with hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Electrical experience or qualifications are desirable, as is previous experience in installing and servicing residential environments.
