We are seeking a Contract Delivery Specialist to join our team at Cast UK Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs within a courier or same-day delivery environment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing contracts within the logistics sector and a strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive profit opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and motivate site managers to maintain high standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£45,000 + Car, based on industry standards for similar roles in the London area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing operations to meet customer expectations and exceed KPIs
• Manage and oversee the successful delivery of a large logistics contract
• Lead and support site managers, driving high standards across operations and customer service
• Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for contract-related matters
• Analyse contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements
