Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Facilities department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property management tasks, as well as assisting with finance tasks and contributing to carbon reduction goals.
They will also provide administrative support, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Skills:- Familiarity with CAFM systems and experience in facilities administration/coordination.
- Proficient user of SAP and strong understanding of budgets and supplier setups.
- Experience with ESG reporting and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Knowledge of business insurance renewal processes and handling claims.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
