About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team at ES Recruitment UK.

This role involves providing operational support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Facilities department, and assisting with sustainability and health & safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities management, ESG reporting, and health & safety protocols.

Essential Skills
  • Facilities Administration/Coordination: Proven experience in use of CAFM systems and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Finance & SAP: Proficient user with a strong understanding of budgets, supplier setups, and expenses.
  • ESG Expertise: Experience with ISO 14064 data analysis, reporting, and carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Business Insurance: Knowledge of renewal processes and handling claims.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property management tasks.
  • Support with day-to-day H&S tasks, including risk assessments and DSE compliance.
  • Assist with finance tasks, including purchase orders, SAP processes, and budget management.
  • Contribute to carbon reduction goals, including greenhouse gas reporting (Scope 1, 2, and 3).
  • Support ISO 14064 accreditation and environmental initiatives.
  • Help with office security and presentation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
