Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Join a leading global asset manager in London and be part of a dynamic team in HR and Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on compensation and benefits projects, including annual cycles and global projects. You will be responsible for benefits vendors, tracking performance, and ensuring HR, Finance, and Legal are included in tenders. Additionally, you will work on benefits and compensation change programmes, involving new roll-outs, change programmes, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification of Material Risk Takers and Code Staff and maintenance of the list for European regulated entities.
- Work on compensation and benefits projects, including annual cycles and global projects.
- Responsible for benefits vendors, tracking performance, and ensuring HR, Finance, and Legal are included in tenders.
- Work on benefits and compensation change programmes, involving new roll-outs, change programmes, and communications.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of benefits and compensation across Europe, understanding different compensation packages for individual companies, including Ireland, Germany, France, and Italy.
- Understanding how to manage benefits vendors across contracts and performance.
- Experience with Compensation systems (e.g., Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors) / Benefits systems (e.g., li>
