Protocol Education SEN Teacher Role

Protocol Education is working in partnership with a SEND school in Salisbury to appoint a Primary/SEN Teacher to start in January 2025. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, inspirational, and highly motivated teacher who can design and organize differentiated learning for children with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.

The School

An all-through education provision for children and young people with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. The school is a supportive and nurturing community for children, aged 2-19, and is rated Good by Ofsted.

The Ideal Teacher

The school seeks a teacher who is skilled in designing and organizing differentiated learning, can motivate children who find social interaction a challenge, and can calmly respond to children's needs. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of child development and experience of teaching pupils with SEND.
