Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. As an SEN Teacher with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inclusive special school located in Salisbury, delivering high-quality education to children with diverse learning needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SEN education, with extensive experience working with students who require additional support. You will be required to plan and deliver engaging lessons, using a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students with SEND, incorporating evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students with complex needs.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Use a range of assessment tools to track students' progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and informing the development of personalized interventions and support plans.
  • Inclusive Practice: Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community, promoting the values of equality, diversity, and accessibility.

Salary and Benefits: £42,000 per annum, plus £7,500 statutory holiday pay. Opportunities for permanent employment may arise from this temporary position.
