Construction Industry Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide exceptional support to our construction industry clients. This permanent, full-time role is based in our Carlisle office and offers a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily input of sales orders and delivery notes into our in-house system, preparing orders and delivery dockets for the warehouse team, handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, and monitoring emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and customer service skills, strong communication skills and confidence when speaking over the phone, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Familiarity with construction and building products is desirable.
