Sales Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide robust administration support and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Key Responsibilities:- Input of sales orders and delivery notes on our in-house system.
- Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, developing relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
- Monitoring emails and ensuring timely responses to develop business opportunities.
- Acknowledging customer orders, confirming despatch and monitoring delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent administration and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in talking over the phone.
- Knowledge of the construction and building products industry is desirable.
