About the Role

The Revenue Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion at Mixxos. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profit margins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
