This is a fantastic opportunity to join CV-Library as a Customer Service and Sales Administrator. The estimated salary for this position is up to £26,000 per annum.
The Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Administrator to provide administration support and deliver exceptional customer service to the UK's leading suppliers of materials to the construction industry.
The Key Responsibilities:- Daily input of sales orders and delivery notes on our in-house system.
- Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, developing relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
- Monitoring emails and ensuring timely responses to develop business opportunities.
- Acknowledging customer orders, confirming despatch and monitoring delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent administration and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in talking over the phone.
- Knowledge of the construction and building products industry is desirable.
