Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to inform sales decisions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
