Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing data entry on internal and external systems
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Performing helpdesk administration tasks
  • Updating client job tracking portals
  • Allocating jobs on our internal management platform
  • Handling finance duties, including invoicing and payroll preparation
  • Completing general administrative tasks

Key qualifications include numeracy skills to GCSE standard and a professional telephone manner.
