As a Full-Time Helpdesk Administrator, you will work in our Carlisle office from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. This role requires excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new software.

  • Data entry on internal and external platforms
  • Client inquiries via phone and email
  • Helpdesk administration tasks
  • Updating client job tracking portals
  • Job allocation on our internal management platform
  • Finance duties, including invoicing and payroll preparation
  • General administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Numeracy skills to GCSE standard
  • A professional telephone manner
