ICT Service Desk Support Specialist

We are a leading construction company providing property maintenance services to various industries in the North West, North East of England, and Scottish Borders. Our team operates 24/7 to cater to all building requirements.
As a Full-Time Helpdesk Administrator, you will work in our Carlisle office from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. This role requires excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new software.
- Data entry on internal and external platforms
- Client inquiries via phone and email
- Helpdesk administration tasks
- Updating client job tracking portals
- Job allocation on our internal management platform
- Finance duties, including invoicing and payroll preparation
- General administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
- Numeracy skills to GCSE standard
- A professional telephone manner
