Mental Health Support Specialist Opportunity
\Creative Support Ltd invites applications from experienced professionals to fill the position of Mental Health Support Specialist in our supported living service in Carlisle.

About the Role
\As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with mental health needs, providing bespoke support to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive support plans that address individual specific needs.

Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you should possess prior experience in a support related field, with a strong understanding of supported living care principles. Additionally, you will need to be able to work flexible shifts, including sleep-in shifts, and be an effective communicator.

Benefits
\Enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £21,000 per annum, along with benefits such as a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
