About the Role

We seek a skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our HoReCa division. In this role, you will drive new business sales revenue into existing accounts, ensuring alignment with individual and team sales targets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow revenue from these accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to create mutually beneficial agreements that support both PHS and customer objectives.
  • Foster strong working relationships across the business, aligning with executive and support teams.
  • Guarantee exceptional customer experiences and support, working closely with the team to achieve this goal.
  • Maintain accurate records, including pipelines, current portfolio revenue, potential risks, and opportunities, with corresponding action plans.
  • Progress tracked against growth of portfolio and pool of accounts, based on defined value and call rates.
Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A seasoned sales or service professional with experience managing key and high-value accounts, demonstrating success in B2B sales/service environments.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, coupled with high initiative and analytical skills.
  • High levels of energy, commitment, and resilience, alongside a deep understanding of sales/service processes and large accounts dynamics.
  • Able to work independently, managing diaries and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and enhanced DBS clearance necessary for this position.
