Empower Digital Limited is seeking a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced sales professional to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a company car allowance, contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and ongoing training provided to develop your skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue, owning the commercial relationship with clients, and maintaining and growing relationships with all key accounts while achieving assigned sales and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue.

  • Achieving assigned sales and growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling into similar routes to market and customers.
  • 1 year’s experience working with contractors.
  • Strong market and product knowledge.
  • Proactive work style: ability to take the initiative and work well within a busy sales environment.
  • Ability to project manage opportunities and orders.
  • Ability to get on well with people and build relationships.
  • Enthusiastic towards learning and personal professional development.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
  • A proven track record of working in a sale-driven environment.
  • Strong character and can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated and financially driven.
  • Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Valid driving license.
