Job Summary

The Financial Times seeks a skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to drive business growth and expansion through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B information and SaaS market, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Lead a team of marketers to develop and execute high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with experience in B2B information and SaaS space. You should have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic business development plans, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. Ambitious pragmatism, a relentless focus on delivery and results, excellent communication, and leadership through influence and persuasion are essential qualities for this role.

What We Offer

The Financial Times offers a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
