Job Description

This Clerical Support Officer role is a key part of our Cardiac Rehabilitation service, providing administrative support to our clinical team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the cardiac rehabilitation team
  2. Managing office duties, including typing, filing, and data entry
  3. Responding to telephone enquiries and directing calls as required
  4. Maintaining accurate records and databases using Myrddin and other IT systems

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day smooth running of the service, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent office management and administration skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain accurate records and databases
  • Familiarity with Myrddin and other IT systems
