Balmoral Tanks Ltd is a leading Global engineering design and manufacturing company. As a result of significant investment in people and plant, the company produces what is believed to be the most comprehensive range of tank products available for a single source in the EU.

We require a Logistics Coordinator to join our busy team in Llantrisant, South Wales.

**Brief Description of the job’s function**

This is a busy & varied role within the production office covering a number of different aspects, including:

- Arrange transport for deliveries of tanks, parts and other goods leaving site
- Preparation of dispatch notes/ labels and other documentation for dispatches
- Issuing of picking priority lists and BOMS to factory operatives
- Supporting warehouse cycle counts and investigating reasons for variances as necessary.
- Review picking capacity plan to ensure we are on track to meet FDD’s
- Bulk & part packing of BOMs
- Goods in data entry, including records of WIP sent to/ from sub-contractors for processing
- Ad hoc duties within the operations team.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a Logistics Coordinating role is desirable
- Ability to prepare and analyze data, both numerical and graphical.
- Ability to work across departments & achieve positive results.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills is essential.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- First class planning & organizational skills.
- Good presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Innovative thinker and commercially aware advantageous.
- Must be willing to develop interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
